an enormous black tube in nothing lined in big bodies with stone faces that are enterained by the line of fog in the middle. they won't move unless bothered and then they are horrible and they reach out into areas where their size and weight limits them.
a big rotting staircase. i forget where the idea of moving forward came from, why did i not stay a shut-in? the only difference seems to be the piling mound of responsibilities that take up more energy than is available. complications of age, makes sense- moved up to a newer area, possibly with less shit floating around in it. but it feels like there is more trouble to come with falling off in these days. i never considered these ramifications. i should've gone with my principle gut feeling. should've just stayed in the woods.
